Use this guide to rectify & prevent mix leakage.
The most common reason for mix to leak is due to the condition of the o-rings (seals). This can easily be rectified by replacement without the requirement of an engineer. Continued use of a leaking machine, can be detremental to the internal components within your machine. When apparent please address as soon as possible,
- Seal is not in place
- Seal is in place but not lubricated
- Seal is damaged
- Seal is worn and requires replacement

Beater Seals
This is perhaps the most crucial seal within your machine and would recommend that you have a replacement to hand.
Although seals may look intact. From the site not lubricating or replacing it may well be flatter than 12mm, causing the leakage. Another check is when fitting the dispense head you should see resistance as the head pushes idler/beater in barrel, you then know there is pressure on seal. If you fit & there is no resistance, then no pressure on seal to stop leaking.
If you need to order a replacement then this can be done via spareparts@carpigiani.co.uk or if you wish to still book an engineer’s attendance then this can be done via servicedesk@carpigiani.co.uk
